Farmed amongst the mountainous regions of Western Ethiopia, comes this 100% Arabica coffee.
Fully matured red cherries are selected and hand-picked by the Hawa Yember Farmers’ cooperative, then water processed for decaffeination. The altitude of the coffee catchment area is between 1800 and 2000 while the altitude of the site is 1850m.
Notes: Cocoa and Caramel aromatics with notes of milk chocolate.
