Bellman Espresso & Steamer CX 25P makes it simple to achieve rich espresso and silky steamed milk, all with the heat of your stove.
You can expect an intense brew, topped with crema, and great taste with or without milk.
The attached pressure gauge tells you exactly when to brew and when to stop brewing.
With the café style steam wand, you’ll be able to re-create creamy, silky steamed milk like your favourite cafés.
Brews anywhere from 3-9 espressos.
Brewing Instructions
- Add water to the reservoir
- Add ground coffee based on your desired yield.
- Place the Bellman on high heat.
- Just before the gauge reaches the green zone, pour the espresso while maintaining the same pressure. Remove from heat if necessary
- Place the Bellman on heat until the gauge almost reaches the top of the green zone, and use the steam wand to froth milk. Add milk to your espresso and enjoy!
This espresso maker and steamer works with induction (top must be suitable for 304 grade stainless), gas, and electric stovetops. For campers, it’ll work over a fire as well!
